GUITAR BUILDER
The Ibanez L.A. Marketing Office is the home of Ibanez artist relations and Ibanez R&D Center/Custom Shop. The Ibanez R&D Center/Custom Shop
builds concept guitars, future production models as well as custom guitars for endorsing artists.
The Ibanez R&D Center / Custom Shop currently has an opening for a Guitar Builder. This position will be responsible for:
- Wood working – including building bolt-on, set neck and neck through body guitars from scratch and some top carving skills
- Painting guitars
- Professional guitar assembly, wiring and set-up
- Binding and custom inlay work
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years building experience
- A minimum of 3 years painting experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous guitar factory experience is a plus
